These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Talent Co-op, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") platform and career coaching services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Talent Co-op, LLC provides career coaching services including but not limited to: resume review and optimization, LinkedIn profile enhancement, job search strategy, interview preparation, application tracking tools, and outreach campaign support. Services are delivered through our online platform and one-on-one coaching sessions.
TALENT CO-OP, LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES. Our services are designed to improve your job search effectiveness, but hiring decisions are made by employers independently. We cannot and do not promise that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment as a result of using our services. Past results and client testimonials do not guarantee future outcomes.

Payment terms are established at the time of engagement. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as required by law. Specific refund policies for each service package are communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time for future engagements.
Materials provided by Talent Co-op, LLC (templates, guides, resources, AI-generated content) are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used commercially. Your personal documents (resumes, cover letters, portfolios) remain your property. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a license to use it to provide services to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENT CO-OP, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TALENT CO-OP, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Talent Co-op, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you provide or submit.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state where the Company is headquartered, and the decision shall be final and binding.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms or conduct that we determine is harmful to our business or other clients. Upon termination, you will retain access to download any documents you have uploaded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Talent Co-op, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
